These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Algeria Business Gateway (the “Gateway”), operated by Welshdale Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Gateway, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Gateway.
1. The service
The Gateway is a business gateway and digital services platform for the Algerian market. It lets businesses create listings and obtain a website service, and lets users search for and contact businesses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Gateway.
Business listings must relate to genuine businesses and contain accurate information.
3. Your listing and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of any information you submit.
You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content, and you must not list a business you are not authorised to represent.
4. Free listing and the website service
Creating a business listing on the Gateway is free.
The website service is a separate, paid service provided on the terms and pricing presented to you at the point of purchase.
5. Payment
Where you purchase the website service, the fees, billing and renewal terms are those presented at the time of purchase, and fees are payable in advance.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Gateway, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or harvesting data, transmitting malware, or using the platform to send spam or unlawful communications.
7. Intellectual property
The Gateway, including its design and content (other than content submitted by businesses), is owned by or licensed to Welshdale Ltd.
You retain your rights in the content you submit, and grant us a licence to host, display and promote that content on the Gateway.
8. Listings and third party businesses
Listings are provided by the businesses themselves. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, do not endorse any listed business, and are not a party to dealings between users and businesses.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Gateway available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any dealings between users and listed businesses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Gateway at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Welshdale Ltd’s operation of the Gateway, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer and data protection rights you may have under Algerian law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Gateway after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
